# Admin Overview

> Everything you need to know about managing your organization's Fano Summary account.

As a Company Admin, you manage your organization's Fano Summary tenant — inviting team members, monitoring usage, and ensuring your team gets the most out of AI meeting notes.

## What admins can do

| Capability                    | Description                                                  |
| ----------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------ |
| **Invite members**            | Add team members to your organization's Fano Summary account |
| **Manage users**              | View member status (pending, active) and manage access       |
| **Monitor usage**             | Track your organization's meeting minutes consumption        |
| **Configure tenant settings** | Set organization-level defaults                              |

## Getting started as an admin

When your organization is set up on Fano Summary, you'll receive an invitation email:

> "You've been invited to manage \[Company Name] on Fano Summary Agent"

Click **"Set Up Your Account"** to:

1. See your email (pre-filled) and company name.
2. Enter your **full name**.
3. Create a **password** (8+ characters, with uppercase, lowercase, and a number).
4. Click **"Activate Account."**

You'll land directly on the Admin Dashboard, where you can start inviting team members.

## Your first steps
