As a Company Admin, you manage your organization’s Fano Summary tenant — inviting team members, monitoring usage, and ensuring your team gets the most out of AI meeting notes.

What admins can do

Getting started as an admin

When your organization is set up on Fano Summary, you’ll receive an invitation email:
“You’ve been invited to manage [Company Name] on Fano Summary Agent”
Click “Set Up Your Account” to:
  1. See your email (pre-filled) and company name.
  2. Enter your full name.
  3. Create a password (8+ characters, with uppercase, lowercase, and a number).
  4. Click “Activate Account.”
You’ll land directly on the Admin Dashboard, where you can start inviting team members.

Activate your account

Complete the setup flow from the invitation email.

Invite your team

Add members so they can start using Fano Summary. See Inviting Members.

Connect your own calendar

Link your Microsoft Outlook calendar in Settings → Integration so your own meetings are recorded too.
