Viewing your usage
- Click your profile avatar → Setting.
- Go to the Usage tab.
- Plan tier — your current plan (e.g., Business)
- Minutes used — how many meeting minutes have been recorded this cycle
- Minutes available — your total monthly allowance
- Usage percentage — a progress bar showing how much of your allocation has been consumed
- Reset date — when your minutes reset for the next billing cycle
How minutes are counted
Meeting minutes are counted based on the total duration of recorded meetings — whether captured by the auto-join bot, Record Now, or file upload.Minutes are counted per meeting, not per participant. A 30-minute meeting with 5 people uses 30 minutes of your allocation.
